MINKSTRO:
A lighter, but just as cool, flight summary sheet to LUV the sky with.
"It's cool to sport mink again!"
Minkstro is a lighter, leaner flight "cheat sheet" designed to help you find the information you need to quickly locate your callsign, times, and other route/airport data without as much overhead. Although they are specifically designed for Southwest Airlines flight crew, the format and data is useful for any scheduled air operation.
Since the nature of city pairings are not as "static" as they once were, best practice demands that a pilot look more and more at the dispatch release for the route, which is then verified with the clearance. Information such as the departure frequency, route, altitude, and initial headings are all subject to change based on ATC.
Because traditional products no longer provide as much value in the route and clearance areas, but are still handy for quick reference of frequencies, elevations, times, and other information, Minkstro was born to be a low cost, just-the-info-you-need flying aid in this new route environment.
